Thick Banana Strawberry Smoothie

Fruit smoothies are a natural for a healthy low sodium drink. They are full of vitamins, minerals and fiber. If you desire a thinner smoothie, add milk to taste and adjust the sodium content accordingly.

2 servings: 41 mg. sodium per serving

1 frozen banana, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 cup sweet whole frozen strawberries
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk (1% fat)

Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender or food processor. Blend until very smooth. Serve.
