Grilled Fish Fillet |

These fillets have a delicate taste and are delicious with or without an accompanying sauce. I first tried this recipe with black rockfish, purchased at my local food co-op, and can recommend it highly. Other fillets, such as cod, will work, as long as the fillet is no thicker than 1/2 inch at its thickest point. 2 (1/4 pound each) black rockfish fillets Prep. Instructions 1. Wash fish fillets; pat dry. Cooking Instructions 1. Preheat grill to medium high heat (350 degrees). 2. Place fillets in a grill basket. 3. Cook fillets on grill, turning basket once, until fillets flakes easily with a fork, about 7 to 8 minutes per side. Serve.
