Caesar Salad

 

Caesar Salad

4 servings: 60 mg. sodium per serving

6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1 cup Croutons for Caesar Salad

Dressing

3 Tablespoons virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1-1/2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1-1/2 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Prep. Instructions

1. Combine dressing ingredients in a bowl.
2. Have all other ingredients on hand.

Cooking Instructions

1. Place lettuce and croutons into a large bowl.

2. Pour dressing over lettuce. Mix thoroughly. Serve.
